Everyone needs encouragement. We all need hope. Hope is like oxygen. Without it, our soul collapses, and we die on the inside.

I have started this blog to give people hope and encouragement. As a long distance runner, I focus on the finish when I am running a race. I persevere with hope of the finish line. Are you disappointed, depressed, confused, or discouraged? I am here to encourage you to achieve the goal that is in your heart.
